Real World Evidence in Oncology 2024 – National conference was conducted at Vydehi on July 6, 2024, by the Department of Oncology.

This was a unique conference that gave a platform for the presentation of Indian data in oncology.

The conference was well attended. There were 300 registrations and 260 delegates attended in person.

220 abstracts were submitted ( case series, original projects, and case reports ).42 centers across India participated in the conference.

It was presided by Dr Mahesh Kottapalli, Advisor VIMS&RC and the guest of honor was Dr. Ravikannan from Cachar Cancer Center who is a Padma Shri awardee and winner of the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award in 2023.
