Patient Payment

1. Patients are required to pay a one-time registration charge of INR 100 on initial registration when physically visiting the hospital.
2. For subsequent physical consultations within a week after the online consultation, patients will not be charged for the consultation if they present the transaction details or confirmation of the INR 650 payment made for the online consultation.

Retention of Transaction Details

1. It is the responsibility of the patient to retain the transaction details or confirmation for future reference.
2. The website and its administrators are not liable for any loss of transaction details or confirmations.

Late Consultation Charges

1. If a patient visits the hospital for a physical consultation more than one week after registration, they will be required to bear fresh consultation charges of INR 650.
2. The previous transaction details or confirmation will not be applicable for consultations scheduled after one week after the initial registration.

Consent to Share Information

1. By registering on the website and making the required payment, patients consent to share their personal and medical information with healthcare professionals involved in their treatment.
2. Patient confidentiality will be maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability
