Vydehi Cancer Center Conducts Awareness & Screening Camp at MEG & Centre, Bangalore.

Vydehi Cancer Center, in association with the Global Cancer Foundation, conducted a comprehensive Cancer Awareness and Screening Camp at the MEG & Centre, Bangalore, as part of our ongoing outreach to promote preventive oncology and early cancer detection among high-risk and underserved communities.

The camp focused on screening for breast, cervical, and prostate cancers—three of the most commonly diagnosed yet highly treatable cancers when detected early. Over 80 personnel and their family members participated in the initiative, benefiting from free screenings, expert consultations, and interactive awareness sessions.

Objectives of the Camp:

  1. Promote early detectionthrough systematic screenings
  2. Increase awareness about warning signs, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
  3. Provide on-the-spot consultationsby experienced oncologists
  4. Encourage a culture of regular health checkups and preventive care
